Thacker  Avenue Elementary School for International Studies, Osceola County’s ONLY  Primary Years Program International Baccalaureate School, home of the WILDCATS, has a long-standing tradition of excellence. We strive to meet and  exceed the needs of every learner on their journey to greatness. Our  curriculum model is rich with inquiry-based thematic units that utilize  rigorous tasks to help every child develop the critical thinking skills  needed to be successful on their path to becoming a college or career ready  21st century citizen. We focus our  work together using a strengths-based framework, that emphasizes a commitment for all students and staff through our IB learner profiles  and attributes which encourage our learners to create lasting connections and  new wonderings about our world and their place in it.
