The Denn John Middle School Dragons breathe F.I.R.E., which stand for Focus, Integrity, Respect, and Engaged in Learning. The goal is to provide a learning environment that promotes both academic and social growth. The students have the opportunity to earn high school credits through acceleration courses. Denn John Middle is a PBIS school that rewards positive behavior that creates a culture focused on doing the right thing.

Harmony Middle School is the newest middle school in Osceola County, opening its doors in August of 2019. Located in the east side of Osceola County, Harmony Middle prides itself in the rich heritage of Osceola County, providing the only middle school Agriscience program in the district. Harmony Middle School inspires young minds to cultivate individual talents and achieve lifelong success by providing innovating programs which prepare students for the future while strengthening community relationships.

Horizon Middle School is a Title I school where multiculturalism is not only recognized but also celebrated. The staff works as a team to nurture and develop the minds of our students, so they can become the critical thinkers and problem solvers in the global community. At Horizon, the focus goes beyond high-quality instruction in the classroom; the staff also pushes the students to become pillars in their community through programs like Best Buddies, athletics, and the arts.

Kissimmee Middle School takes pride in serving the most diverse student population in Osceola County with equally diverse and talented faculty and staff. Together, we work toward our school's vision of "preparing our students emotionally, socially, and academically for college and careers beyond high school." We accomplish our mission by offering rigorous academic courses with high school credits and providing a unique opportunity to explore a variety of fields, from Robotics and Hospitality to Computer Graphics & Animation, Design & Marketing. We want all Jaguars to make informed decisions when choosing their pathway to success. For those students interested in the Fine Arts, KMS provides a tiered approach to Band, Arts, and Drama, so students can finish middle school ready to apply for a high school program as an advanced student. Our successful Dual Language Program promotes biliteracy, bilingualism, and multiculturalism among Jaguars; and the new Latinos In Action Program offers opportunities for leadership and service.

“Excellence for all, whatever it takes”, the motto of Neptune Middle School (NPMS), reveals the commitment to providing quality education for all students. This public school for grades six through eight continues to be a receptive, warm, and friendly school where all are welcomed and students are given a sense of belonging. NPMS believes that parental involvement improves student achievement, and is very conscious of parent-school communications.

Parkway Middle School prepares students to be global citizens. Students will be challenged to make connections to real-world situations and central themes to understand how our world is interconnected. Students take action through service learning in grade level and group projects to make a difference in our community. Parkway students have an opportunity to take high school credits during middle school, preparing them for rigorous high school classes. At Parkway, students will work on being communicators, thinkers, risk-takers, and inquirers, which are all attributes needed to be productive adults.

Boggy Creek is an AVID Showcase School, designed to engage the learners and provide them with the critical skills to become confident, independent thinkers and self-directed learners. Students learn to collaborate productively for learning and develop skills necessary to succeed in the 21st Century. Additionally, Boggy Creek is a Dual Language School that encourages students to develop a second language. Boggy Creek provides students with the skills necessary to enter a competitive international workforce. Inspiring all learners to reach their highest potential as responsible, productive citizens.

Chestnut Elementary School for Science and Engineering is an engaging and respectful learning environment that focuses on providing a nurturing and collaborative learning environment that meets the needs of ALL students for the world today and tomorrow. The students are immersed in learning that is real-world and career-connected - a bridge that will make learning purposeful and meaningful, as well as provide them the tools for success for their future. It is through these commitments and unique learning opportunities, that the students of Chestnut Elementary School for Science and Engineering will become productive members of society and able to cope with an ever-changing world.

Cypress Elementary School is a school of excellence for all learners. East Lake Elementary strives to create a warm and welcoming environment for anyone who may walk through its doors. East Lake Elementary works hard to connect with its community, values the importance of discourse in the classroom, engagement, and fosters a life-long love of learning. Students are inspired by its dual language program and cultural arts focus which encourages all to be a part of an everchanging world as bilingual, bi-literate, and bicultural individuals. Learners research other cultures and languages to learned about their roots, way of living, customs, and arts. Using a variety of academic and enrichment activities, these programs promote a high level of academic achievement, cultivate talents and interests, develop the creativity of the mind and body, refine feelings and reflect and represent the customs and values of its diverse community.‍

Flora Ridge Elementary Choice program is focused on global studies, leadership, talent development and gifted studies which inspires students to experience the best of ALL worlds. The goal is to create and develop a community of global learners who embrace cultural diversity and make real world connections to their learning while acquiring a unique global perspective. Students will learn about the world, become active participants in the world they live in, learn about empathy and compassion, and be inspired to take action to build a better future for everyone. This accelerated and dynamic program cultures higher level thinking, problem solving skills and promotes talent development for fast-paced learners.

Hickory Tree Elementary is on a mission to provide a unique educational opportunity for all students while building a solid foundation in sports and leadership. Students will engage in lessons and enrichment activities that increase team building, critical thinking, real-world connections, self-awareness, and behavioral control. The goal is to create life-long learners who embrace the lessons and values learned from individual and team sports like perseverance, cooperation and personal integrity while achieving high levels of learning that will impact their life, both academically and socially, to be college and career ready. Hickory Tree is drafting the best Team, “Team players not benchwarmers!” ‍

Highlands Elementary School is the home of the new Space Program. Highlands' Space Cowboys will work in teams to solve real-life science, technology and math while using space exploration as a theme to create a positive learning experience that raises students’ expectations of success and motivates them to pursue studies in these fields. Highlands will use digital tools such as planetarium projectors to enhance the learning experience while providing unique opportunities for students to be innovators, inquisitive and self-motivated to explore and learn while being inspired to achieve their maximum potential. Highlands offers real-life learning experiences such as star gazing which develop students' interest in new career fields and hobbies that cultivate a sense of wonder for the world.

Kissimmee Elementary School is a high-performing educational institution designed to develop and nurture successful and independent critical thinkers through Innovation, Diversity and Opportunity (I Do). The ‘I DO’ initiative cultures the respect for our society’s diversity through innovative project-based and student-centered instruction. Students will learn about real world career pathways in the areas of the environment, philanthropy, journalism/media, government, and the health industry by creating opportunities to experience hands-on, interactive lessons that will create wonder and build pathways to future career choices. Lakeview Elementary is a traditional Kindergarten to Grade 5 elementary school in the heart of St. Cloud. The school has been a part of the St. Cloud community for over 30 years. The administration at Lakeview believes that all children can learn at high levels in a rich and rigorous atmosphere where all staff collaborate to meet their needs academically and socially. The Mill Creek Gators is a student-centered family of learners, working together to ensure every student is safe and has the best opportunity to succeed in our diverse community. Following its Environmental Management and Energy program, students engage in eco-friendly activities focused in understanding the structure and the functioning of the environment, the Earth, and how humans fit in. The goal is to inspire students to be conscientious about their background, reflect on their everyday actions and to develop the ability to make thoughtful decisions to create an environment that allows all to live the best quality life. The energy and environmental focus promote outdoor learning experiences, project-based enrichment opportunities and increases real-world connections while igniting the student’s innovative thinking skills.

Poinciana Academy of Fine Arts (PAFA) is an arts-integrated elementary school and has been recognized by the State of Florida as an Arts Model School. The students are allowed to develop their talent and skills in the fine arts. PAFA produces several shows each year for the school and community showcasing their talent. In addition to the special areas, many of the classroom teachers have been formally trained on how to integrate the arts into core subjects. Canoe Creek K8 is Osceola County's premier Environmental STEM school.
