Horizon Middle School is a Title I school where multiculturalism is not only recognized but also celebrated. Parkway Middle School is the only International Baccalaureate Middle Years World School in Osceola County, preparing students to be global citizens. Students will be challenged to make connections to real-world situations and central themes to understand how our world is interconnected. Students take action through service learning in grade level and group projects to make a difference in our community.
Team Discovery Intermediate believes that education is only at its best when students are engaged in lessons and activities that help shape them both academically and socially. With Discovery's new one to one technology initiative, teachers and students are able to take learning to unexplored territory and help students learn how to be active citizens in a global world. As the district's only one to one school, Discovery students are exploring in learning activities both at school and at home, accessing the take home hot-spots to continue their exploring after school hours.
Osceola County School for the Arts (OCSA) is founded on the parallel learning and cross-disciplinary values of academic rigor and artistic enterprise. In addition to high-quality, classical training in their chosen arts area, our OCSA artists develop an innovative spirit and creative confidence from collaborative inquiry and performance-based learning.
